This year, the harvest at château Fleur Cardinale started Monday October 22nd. Even if this date seems late, the team decided to wait so the grapes could reach it’s best maturity. In spite this late date, the Cabernet Sauvignons are beautiful for a 3rd of November! See by yourself thanks to this picture that was taken just before harvest.
The work led on the vines, the experience of the team and the precious advice given by the consultants, allowed to obtain the best of a vintage that was announced complex. Now the final step for you will be to taste and see by yourself the quality of the wine …
