Yesterday, Tuesday 9th of February, an introduction evening about Château Guiraud 2016 projects took place at Bordeaux. Bordeaux Tradition took part in this event !
So, the day before the release of G de Château Guiraud 2015, we learn that the wine has achieved its optimal blending, which is semi sauvignon, semi sémillon. Neal Martin has recently written about this wine: “This is how to do dry white Sauternes” ! Even the estate announces a “vintage of anthology“.
