We are pleased to propose you this week a selection of wines of château Guiraud: château Guiraud 1996, 2002, 2005, and 2006 as well a the 2010 vintage of the second wine Petit Guiraud.
This estate is owned by important names of the region: Olivier BERNARD, Stephan VON NEIPPERG, Xavier PLANTY and Robert PEUGEOT, and produces an exceptional wine loved by the press. The notes of Robert PARKER are always above 90/100 and the Wine Spectator ranked this wine in its Top 100 several times.
The reason is that nothing is being left to chance:the grass is left in between the vines, tillage of the soil, pruning of the vines, a system of trellising is led as well as the thinning of the leaves. Thanks to this hard work the estate is organic since the 2011 vintage.
The second wine Petit Guiraud produced with the same care as the first label without chaptalisation or cryoextraction, or any other form of enrichment.
