Innovation for these 2015 year’s end celebrations: Bordeaux Tradition is celebrating in its own infrastructures ! Before, the whole team used to go in a restaurant in order to celebrate the approach of Christmas and New Year. This time, the team gathered around an table decorated especially for the occasion.
So, we joined together in front of delicious meals prepared by Juliette and Eric from Space Cook. Particularly, the dishes went with fine wines and champagne ! Here there is a little view of our festive meal:
- Champagne de Sacy or Chateau Rondillon Cuvée Les Turons, according to tastes for our appetizer.
- Chateau Pebayle du Hayot, a delicious Sauternes, to go with foie gras.
- Followed by a crepine de canard farci aux marrons et aux noix, enhanced by Chateau Pontac Montplaisir 2012, Chateau Croix du Rival 2011, Petit Soutard 2012 and Haut de Larrivet Haut-Brion 2012 as people liking.
- This good meal has been finished by a piece of chocolate buche.
A moment that enables everyone to start the celebrations in the best conditions. Especially because our premises have been decorated for the end of the year few days earlier. So we have with us, since this day, a beautiful Christmas tree ! A nice Christmas spirit atmosphere …
