Château Carbonnieux got the ball harvest in Bordeaux September 2014 the 3rd under a beautiful sun. The weather here in Bordeaux was rather lenient with one beautiful spring, August with below-average rainfall fairly cool nights. The anticyclone present for more than 10 days and that seems to settle permanently suggests rather qualitative harvest. Château Carbonnieux took the opportunity to equip themselves with new winemaking equipment: harvest bins with drainage boxes, new conveyor belt grapes for maximum precautions and new pneumatic presses last generation (grape pressing under inert gas). We look forward to taste!
