The grape variety proportion is 70% merlot and 30% cabernet sauvignon producing a fresh and aromatic wine within blackcurrant aromas. The attack of this wine is supple and fruity and the tannins are silky. The finish is slightly spicy and expresses the typicity of rip merlot.
The management of the vineyard is the most authentic possible, here, everything is done manually in order to bring in the cellars high quality grapes.
