With the beautiful summer that is to come, we are offering you today our last wine of our d’Ici range: Côtes de Provence. A rosé arising from the best grape varieties of the region: Cinsault, Carignan, Grenache, Tibouren, Mourvèdre, Syrah, coming from the most interesting soil of the Côtes de Provence appellation.
This rosé will seduce you by its freshness and taste: a beautiful pale pink color just like the market is looking for today.
The nose is expressive and greedy with little red fruit aromas and white fruits. To the mouth the wine is pleasant with a sweet attack; pear and peach aromas express themselves intensely. The final is delicate with a slight lemon sensation.
In a couple words, an ideal wine that will refresh you this summer but will also be the perfect match for your summer dishes: stuffed eggplant, fish, crab, veal kebab, salad, beef Carpaccio, lamb ribs, goat cheese …
The quality of this wine, close to a grand cru classé de Provence, made us launch it as well in magnum size.
This rosé from our D’Ici range (as well as our Saint-Julien d’Ici, Saint-Estèphe d’Ici, Lalande de Pomerol d’Ici and Pessac Léognan d’Ici) is just like its predecessors the best way to appropriate yourself an appellation, region and bottle and the best quality/price ratio.
